About

Let me introduce myself, I’m John Granger President of Fresh Carpentry & Contracting Inc.

I am honored that you are here.

Come and experience for yourself the quality and dedication Fresh Carpentry & Contracting has to offer.  We are an Edmonton, Alberta based company that takes pride in each project and a history of experience that ensures excellence.

History

I started in the construction industry at the age of 20. I pursued the commercial construction end of things, becoming a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter and delving into the industrial end of things towards the end.

After 9 years, I needed something more, I needed to be able to help people and have them know my name and me know theirs. That’s when I decided to go into residential construction.

After 6 years and growing from “the New Guy” to being the Project manager for a mid-size Renovation Company, In December of 2017 I decided it was time to do this for myself and do it my way.

Experience

I have had experience with custom cabinetry, framing, additions, foundations, drywalling, taping, interior finishing,. . . and the list goes on.

If its in your house, I can help!

I specialize in helping people build trust and confidence in what they should expect from their contractors and educate through actions that we as contractors are not all crooks.

I aim to help you create your needs or wants with honesty and transparency.

My number 1 thing is treat people like people, not a pay cheque because its not just about the money, it’s about the value and longevity of what you are buying. No one wants a brand new car that lasts just until the warranty is up.
